Mt. Fuji - Ceremonial Matcha 30g
Named after Japan's most sacred mountain.
Grown in the Kyoto region where tea ceremony was perfected. Stone-ground to ceremonial quality. This isn't matcha for lattes (though you could). This is matcha for ritual.
The Traditional Preparation
- Sift 1-2 tsp into bowl
- Add 80°C hot water (not boiling)
- Whisk in "W" motion until frothy
- Drink slowly from the bowl
- No phone. Just tea.
The whole process: 5 minutes.
The shift in your morning: Everything.
Why Ceremonial Grade Matters
Ceremonial matcha is shade-grown for 3-4 weeks before harvest, increasing chlorophyll and amino acids (L-theanine). The result: vibrant green color, smooth umami flavor, and calm, focused energy without jitters.
This matcha is stone-ground slowly by tea masters who've been growing matcha for generations. They understand that ceremonial means something.
When to Use
- Morning ritual (replace or complement coffee)
- Before focused work or creative sessions
- Afternoon energy without caffeine crash
- Practicing traditional tea ceremony (chanoyu)
The Ritual
When you make tea ceremony-grade matcha with intention, it's not caffeine. It's meditation.
