Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

Due to the nature of our products (incense, tea, soap), we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened products
  • Within 14 days of delivery
  • Original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened incense, tea, or soap (hygiene reasons)
  • Products used or damaged by customer
  • Items returned after 14 days

How to Return

  1. Email hello@jikan.au within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions
  4. Customer pays return shipping (unless item arrived damaged/incorrect)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns: Refund issued within 5-7 business days
  • Refund goes to original payment method
  • You'll receive email confirmation

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jikan.au with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage/incorrect item
  • Brief description

We'll arrange replacement or full refund immediately (including return shipping).

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened items within 14 days. Customer pays return shipping.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return for refund, then place a new order for your preferred product.
